Tradition Meets Innovation
Concertino bridges the gap between classic design and technological advancement. The eco-friendly plant-based leather, sourced from Sicilian oranges and prickly pears by the Italian start-up Ohoskin, covers the front baffle and cork structure, marking a first in luxury audio materials.
Innovative Use of Cork
The central chassis of Concertino features cork, chosen for its ability to mold seamlessly into the design, reducing internal resonances and eliminating the need for additional damping materials. This material innovation enhances the acoustic performance across various collections, including Suprema and Sonetto.
Quality Craftsmanship
The cabinet’s side walls are crafted from solid walnut, known for its superior acoustic properties. The ribbed surface provides structural integrity, replacing internal bracing. The speaker system includes a 1” silk dome tweeter with D.A.D. technology and a 5” long-throw paper pulp midwoofer with an organic basket, hallmarks of Sonus faber’s signature sound.
Enhanced Acoustic Design
